The time has come for something new for school children!
The incredibly light school backpacks from Frii of Norway® are based on knowledge and expertise from years of experience. General manager Roy Kjøstvedt has been developing high-quality school backpacks for over 20 years. He knows the criteria for good carrying comfort and lasting quality in a backpack.
With a passion for making the best possible school backpacks, the brand “Frii of Norway®” was developed in collaboration with the designers Vibeke Sagen Dale and Cecilie Kyllingstad.
As parents themselves, Vibeke, Cecilie and Roy know what parents value when choosing products for their children. They all agreed that the backpacks already on the market were very heavy for small backs, so they set out to tackle the challenge of developing a lighter school backpack. The backpack also needed to incorporate important criteria like quality and good functionality, as well as a fresh and appealing design. The cheerful illustrations are created by Ingunn Dybendal.
The retro-inspired 22L school backpacks from Frii of Norway® were developed knowing that both mothers and children care more about design now than in the past, and they will often choose a primary school backpack that matches the child’s room. To us, it’s important that design and functionality go hand in hand. The backpack’s fairytale design, with its soft tones and motifs from a childhood dream world, is so exquisite and intriguing that it will appeal to a second-year pupil as well as a fourth-year pupil!
